Learn to cook with British Master Chef

Head chef Mark Baumann is a champion for locally produced British food. He trained at the Royal Champagne in France, owned by Moet & Chandon. He followed this with hotel work, including Gravetye Manor in West Sussex and the prestigious Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk. Mark now owns and runs the Baumanns Brasserie, a 16th century brasserie in the market town of Coggeshall. You can now join Mark and learn all his secrets by taking part in one of the daytime courses. The courses are designed to cater for the complete novice to the would-be Master Chef – and everyone in between. They are relaxed, hands on courses and be will initially released to small groups (maximum five people) priced from just £75, including an exclusive apron and a glass of bubbly!
